1. Who we are

Clinic Marketing Systems is a marketing service for clinics, run by Aidan Lehane of PayPerClick.ie and based in Ireland. For anything about your data, email aidan@clinicmarketingsystems.com.

2. What we collect

When you use the forms on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, clinic name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, clinic website, clinic type and message. Please do not include any patient or health information in a form.

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or carry out the free clinic website check you asked for.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Our legal basis is your consent when you send a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for 90 days, and forwarded to our email so we can reply. Correspondence may be kept for longer where we go on to work together, or where we need it for our records. Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
